Lau Wang claypot’s dishes are derived from a traditional recipe and concept method of preparation, by cooking almost all the dishes in each small claypot, thus ensuring that each dish is freshly cooked and also served piping hot to each customer and that the food would also stay warm up till the end of the meal.
